1. Who we are

Geng Jang ("Geng Jang", "we", "us") is operated by Anurag Bandu Raipure ("the Seller"). By creating an account or using the service at gengjang.com, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

Geng Jang provides teachers with live, multi-team classroom game shows (Ham Sam, Dao Loei, Tob Si, Phud Phud, Reo Reo) and a library of ESL teaching materials. A free tier is available; a paid "Pro" plan unlocks additional games, rounds and materials.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must have authority to bind your school or organisation if signing up on its behalf, or be of legal age if signing up as an individual.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not: use it unlawfully; commit fraud or send spam; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; interfere with security (malware, probing, scraping); or attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent technical limits.

5. Intellectual property

The Seller retains all rights, title and interest in the service, including software, teaching materials, branding and documentation. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your chosen plan.

6. Your content

You retain rights to content you upload (quiz questions, custom topics, images). You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.

7. Payments, billing and taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment terms, billing frequency, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected until cancelled.

8. Service level

We work to keep Geng Jang available and reliable, but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination your access ends and stored content may be deleted after a reasonable export window.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (loss of profits, data or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
