How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Email us at support@gengjang.com from the same email address and we will help arrange it with Paddle.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from paddle.net or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Pro access remains until the end of the current billing period.
